Biography
Joakim Andersson (born February 5, 1989) is a retired Swedish professional ice hockey player who played as a center. He began his career in the Swedish Hockey League (SHL), making a name for himself with the team Modo Hockey, where he showcased his skill and versatility on the ice. Andersson was selected in the third round, 88th overall, by the Detroit Red Wings in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft, marking the beginning of his journey in North American hockey.
