Joe Colborne, born on January 30, 1990, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, is a former professional ice hockey player known for his versatility as a forward. He gained attention during his junior career with the Calgary Hitmen in the Western Hockey League (WHL), where he showcased his scoring ability and playmaking skills, leading to his selection in the first round (16th overall) of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft by the Boston Bruins.
Colborne made his NHL debut with the Bruins during the 2011-2012 season but later found opportunities with other teams, including the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Colorado Avalanche.
