Joe Haden is a former professional American football player, born on April 14, 1989, in Fremont, Ohio. He played as a cornerback in the National Football League (NFL), having established himself as one of the premier defensive backs in the league. Haden attended the University of Florida, where he was a key player on the Gators' 2008 BCS National Championship-winning team and earned unanimous All-American honors in 2009.
Haden was selected by the Cleveland Browns as the seventh overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft. During his tenure with the Browns from 2010 to 2016, he quickly emerged as a standout player, being named to two Pro Bowls and earning First-Team All-Pro honors in 2013.
