Johan Garpenlöv, born on March 21, 1968, in Lycksele, Sweden, is a former professional ice hockey player renowned for his contributions to Swedish ice hockey. Garpenlöv began his career in the Swedish Hockey League (SHL) with the Västerås IK and subsequently played for several elite clubs, including the Djurgårdens IF and Färjestads BK. His outstanding performance as a skilled winger and goal scorer positioned him as one of Sweden's prominent hockey talents during the late 1980s and 1990s.
Garpenlöv also enjoyed a successful international career, representing Sweden at multiple world championships and the 1994 Winter Olympics.
