John David Booty, born January 3, 1985, in Shreveport, Louisiana, is a former professional American football quarterback. He played college football at the University of Southern California (USC), where he was a key member of the Trojans' offense from 2003 to 2006. Booty was a notable quarterback during his tenure at USC, leading the team to a BCS National Championship appearance in 2005 and earning All-Pac-10 honors.
