John Tamanika is a former professional Rugby Union athlete from New Zealand, born on November 15, 1985. He played primarily as a flanker and lock, known for his physicality and exceptional tackling ability. Throughout his career, Tamanika represented various domestic clubs, including the Wellington Lions and the Hurricanes in Super Rugby.
Tamanika made significant contributions to his teams in both domestic leagues and international competitions.
