Jordan Leopold, born on August 3, 1980, in Golden, Colorado, is a retired American professional ice hockey defenseman. He played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for several teams, including the Calgary Flames, Florida Panthers, Colorado Avalanche, St. Louis Blues, and Winnipeg Jets. Leopold's career began after being selected in the second round, 44th overall, in the 1999 NHL Entry Draft by the Calgary Flames.
Throughout his NHL career, Leopold was known for his offensive skills and strong defensive play. He achieved significant milestones, including a standout season in 2006-07 while with the Avalanche, where he recorded a career-high 33 points.
