Joselio Hanson, born on August 13, 1981, in Los Angeles, California, is a former professional American football cornerback. He played college football at the University of California, Berkeley, where he developed into a reliable defensive back. After going undrafted in the 2005 NFL Draft, Hanson began his professional career with the San Diego Chargers, although he was later released before making a significant impact.
Hanson found success after joining the Philadelphia Eagles in 2006, where he played primarily as a nickelback. During his tenure with the Eagles, he contributed to key defensive plays and was a member of the team during their run to Super Bowl XLII.
