He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he developed a reputation as a formidable defensive back, earning All-Big 12 honors during his collegiate career. Bullocks was selected in the second round of the 2006 NFL Draft by the New Orleans Saints, marking the beginning of his professional journey.
