Josh Jooris, born on July 14, 1990, in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, is a professional ice hockey player known for his versatility on the ice as a forward. Jooris played junior hockey with the Brantford 99ers and later with the Kitchener Rangers in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). His strong performance in junior hockey led him to pursue a collegiate career at Union College, where he played for the Union Dutchmen and contributed to the team's success in the NCAA.
After graduating from college, Jooris signed with the Calgary Flames as an undrafted free agent in 2014.
