Josh Langfeld, born on July 17, 1977, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, is a retired American professional ice hockey player. He first gained prominence while playing college hockey at the University of Michigan, where he contributed to the team’s success during the late 1990s. Langfeld was selected by the Ottawa Senators in the sixth round, 161st overall, of the 1996 NHL Entry Draft.
Langfeld's professional career spanned over a decade, during which he played in the National Hockey League (NHL) with teams including the Ottawa Senators, the Boston Bruins, and the Phoenix Coyotes. In addition to his NHL tenure, he also played extensively in various minor leagues, where he demonstrated strong leadership and versatility on the ice.
