Josh McDaniels, born on April 21, 1976, is an American football coach and former player, best known for his role in the National Football League (NFL). He began his career as a quarterback at John Carroll University, where he earned All-Conference honors and set school records. After graduation, he joined the NFL as a coaching intern, eventually rising through the ranks due to his innovative offensive strategies.
McDaniels gained prominence as the offensive coordinator for the New England Patriots under head coach Bill Belichick, where he played a crucial role in the team's multiple Super Bowl victories.
