Justin Mapletoft, born on January 11, 1981, in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, is a retired professional ice hockey player known for his strong offensive skills and versatility on the ice. Mapletoft played junior hockey in the Western Hockey League (WHL) with the Seattle Thunderbirds, where he developed into a top prospect and was subsequently selected in the third round, 85th overall, by the New York Islanders in the 1999 NHL Entry Draft.
