Biography
Kaleb Dahlgren, born June 10, 1997, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, is a Canadian ice hockey player recognized for his contributions to the sport at both junior and collegiate levels. He played for the York University Lions in the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) and previously had a successful tenure with the Humboldt Broncos in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL). Dahlgren is notably remembered for his tenacity on the ice and his leadership qualities, which contributed to his team's success.
Dahlgren’s junior career peaked with the Humboldt Broncos, where he emerged as a significant player, contributing both offensively and defensively. His time with the Broncos was marked by a devastating bus accident in April 2018, which tragically claimed the lives of 16 team members and staff. Despite suffering severe injuries, Dahlgren demonstrated remarkable resilience, returning to the ice to pursue his hockey aspirations and inspiring many with his story of recovery and perseverance.
