Karina Habšudová, born on August 2, 1973, in Prešov, Slovakia, is a former professional tennis player renowned for her contributions to the sport during the 1990s. She turned professional in 1988 and achieved a career-high singles ranking of World No. 21 on March 13, 1995. Notably, she reached the fourth round of the French Open in 1996, marking her best performance in a Grand Slam tournament.
Throughout her career, Habšudová secured a total of seven WTA singles titles and three doubles titles, showcasing her versatility on the court.
