Karri Rämö, born on July 1, 1986, in Salo, Finland, is a former professional ice hockey goaltender known for his strong performances in both Finnish and North American leagues. He was selected by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the sixth round of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft, 191st overall. Rämö began his career in the Finnish SM-liiga, where he played for HIFK and the Espoo Blues, establishing himself as a promising young talent.
