Kazunori Ioka, born on July 27, 1967, in Osaka, Japan, is a retired professional boxer renowned for his achievements in multiple weight divisions. He began his professional career in 1988 and quickly rose to prominence, capturing the WBC minimumweight title in 1991. Ioka's unique boxing style, characterized by his agility and technical skills, allowed him to dominate the lower weight classes throughout the early 1990s.
