Ken Appleby is a Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender born on April 10, 1995, in Kingston, Ontario. He was drafted in the sixth round, 158th overall, by the New Jersey Devils in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. Appleby gained recognition for his exceptional performances in junior hockey, particularly with the Oshawa Generals of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), where he helped lead the team to a Memorial Cup championship in 2015.
