Ken Houston, born on November 12, 1944, in New Orleans, Louisiana, is a former American football safety. He played college football at Prairie View A&M University, where he excelled as an athlete, earning recognition for his athletic prowess. Houston was selected by the Houston Oilers in the ninth round of the 1967 NFL Draft and began his professional career as a standout defensive player.
During his tenure in the National Football League, Houston played for the Houston Oilers from 1967 to 1970 and then for the Washington Redskins from 1971 to 1980.
