Ken O'Brien, born on November 27, 1960, in Downey, California, is a former professional American football quarterback. He played college football at the University of California, Davis, where he set several school records and garnered attention for his performance. O'Brien was selected in the first round of the 1983 NFL Draft by the New York Jets, becoming one of the standout quarterbacks of his era.
