Keyshawn Johnson, born on July 17, 1970, in Los Angeles, California, is a former professional American football wide receiver who made significant contributions to the NFL throughout his career. After a standout college football career at the University of Southern California (USC), where he was recognized for his exceptional receiving skills, Johnson was selected first overall in the 1996 NFL Draft by the New York Jets.
