Korbinian Holzer, born on February 16, 1988, in Germany, is a professional ice hockey defenseman known for his solid defensive play and physical style. He began his professional career in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL) with the Munich Barons before moving to North America to pursue opportunities in the National Hockey League (NHL). Holzer was selected by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the fourth round, 111th overall, during the 2006 NHL Entry Draft.
