Kris Fredheim, born on February 23, 1987, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, is a former professional ice hockey defenceman. Fredheim's junior career began in the Western Hockey League (WHL) with the Moose Jaw Warriors, where his performance garnered attention for his physical play and defensive acumen.
