Biography
Kyle Beach, born on January 13, 1990, in North Vancouver, British Columbia, is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. He was selected as the 11th overall pick in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft by the Chicago Blackhawks, following an impactful junior career with the Spokane Chiefs in the Western Hockey League (WHL), where he was noted for his scoring ability and physical play.
During his time in the NHL, Beach played in 35 games across two seasons with the Chicago Blackhawks, recording a total of 3 points. Although his playing career was not as illustrious as anticipated due to injuries and fierce competition, he contributed significantly to the American Hockey League (AHL) and had successful stints with teams such as the Rockford IceHogs and the San Antonio Rampage.
