Lauren Williams, born on January 1, 1996, in Calgary, Canada, is a prominent ice hockey athlete recognized for her contributions to women's ice hockey. A talented forward, Williams began her career at a young age, participating in various youth leagues before joining the Alberta junior hockey circuit. She gained national attention during her time at the University of Alberta, where she played for the Pandas and excelled as a leading scorer in multiple seasons.
Throughout her collegiate career, Williams achieved numerous accolades, including being named a Canada West First Team All-Star and receiving the U Sports All-Canadian honor. Her performance helped propel the Pandas to several playoff appearances, culminating in winning the U Sports Women’s Hockey Championship in 2018.
