Leeland McElroy (born June 25, 1974) is a former American football running back who played in the National Football League (NFL) primarily during the late 1990s. He was drafted in the third round of the 1996 NFL Draft by the Arizona Cardinals after a standout college career at Texas A&M University, where he became known for his explosive speed and versatility on the field. During his time in college, McElroy earned multiple honors and became a key player in the Aggies' offense.
McElroy played four seasons in the NFL with the Arizona Cardinals and later with the San Diego Chargers.
