Leone Nakarawa, born on February 4, 1988, in Suva, Fiji, is a prominent Fijian rugby union player known for his exceptional skills as a lock and flanker. Nakarawa began his professional career with the Fijian club, the Nadi Rugby Football Club, where he quickly garnered attention for his dynamic playing style and versatility on the field. He made a name for himself in international rugby, earning his first cap for the Fiji national team in 2013.
Nakarawa's club career includes stints with several prestigious teams, most notably with the Glasgow Warriors in Scotland, where he played from 2014 to 2018. During his time with the Warriors, he contributed significantly to the team's success, winning the 2015-16 Pro12 title and being named the league's Player of the Season in 2018.
