Leslie Paltz is a former professional American football player who played as a defensive lineman in the National Football League (NFL) from 2007 to 2014. Born on March 12, 1985, in Phoenix, Arizona, Paltz excelled in high school football at Shadow Mountain High School before continuing his career at the University of Arizona, where he earned All-Pac-10 honors. He was selected in the fourth round of the 2007 NFL Draft by the New Orleans Saints.
