Biography
Levko Koper, born on October 5, 1990, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, is a professional ice hockey player known for his versatility as a forward. He began his minor hockey career in Winnipeg, showcasing his skills at a young age, which eventually led him to play for the Manitoba Midget AAA League. Koper later advanced to the junior level, where he played for the Cranbrook Bucks in the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League before making a mark in the Western Hockey League (WHL) with the Spokane Chiefs.
Koper was selected in the 4th round of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft by the Ottawa Senators, subsequently joining the club’s American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Binghamton Senators. He played a key role in helping the Binghamton Senators capture the 2011 Calder Cup, contributing valuable experience and consistent offensive production throughout the playoffs. Koper later had stints in various leagues, including the ECHL, where he continued to develop his game and demonstrate his resilience on the ice.
