Lorne Molleken, born on June 11, 1956, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, is a retired professional ice hockey player and coach. Molleken played as a defenseman, and his career in the National Hockey League (NHL) included stints with the Chicago Black Hawks and the Winnipeg Jets during the 1980s. Over his six-season professional playing career, he also played in the American Hockey League (AHL) and the International Hockey League (IHL), amassing significant experience that would later contribute to his coaching career.
