Louis Delmas, born on April 12, 1987, in Coconut Creek, Florida, is a former American football safety known for his impactful playing style in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Western Michigan, where he earned recognition for his defensive skills and leadership on the field. Delmas was selected by the Detroit Lions in the second round of the 2009 NFL Draft, quickly establishing himself as a key player in the team’s defense.
