Louis Lipps, born on August 9, 1962, in Vidalia, Louisiana, is a former professional American football player known for his exceptional skills as a wide receiver. He attended the University of Tennessee, where he made a significant impact on the college football scene, earning All-SEC honors and demonstrating his ability as a potent offensive weapon.
