Lucian Sheppard is a former professional American football player who played as a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL) during the early 2000s. Born on June 12, 1980, in Atlanta, Georgia, Sheppard attended the University of Georgia, where he had a standout college career, setting multiple receiving records that showcased his speed and agility on the field. Following a successful collegiate career, he was selected in the third round of the 2002 NFL Draft by the San Diego Chargers.
Throughout his NFL tenure, Sheppard played for the San Diego Chargers and later spent time with the New York Jets.
