Mac Carruth, born on March 25, 1992, in Denver, Colorado, is an American professional ice hockey goaltender. He played junior hockey for the Chicago Steel in the United States Hockey League (USHL) before moving on to the NCAA, where he was a standout player for the Portland Winterhawks in the Western Hockey League (WHL). Carruth was selected by the Chicago Blackhawks in the seventh round of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft, marking the beginning of his professional career.
