Manjula Jayawardene, born on March 24, 1983, in Sri Lanka, is a former professional cricketer known for his contributions as a right-arm fast-medium bowler. He represented the Sri Lankan national team from 1998 to 2007, making his Test debut against the West Indies in 1999. Over his international career, Jayawardene played in 22 Test matches and 165 One Day Internationals (ODIs), becoming an integral part of the Sri Lankan bowling attack.
