Marcel Ulehla, born on July 30, 1986, is a former professional ice hockey player from the Czech Republic. A defenseman known for his strong skating ability and physical play, Ulehla began his career in the Czech Extraliga, where he gained recognition for his performances with HC Slovan Bratislava and HC Plzeň. His talents caught the attention of international scouts, leading to his selection in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.
Ulehla was drafted in the third round by the New Jersey Devils, where he subsequently signed his first NHL contract.
