Marcus Trufant, born on December 25, 1980, in Tacoma, Washington, is a former professional American football cornerback. Trufant played college football at Washington State University, where he earned All-Pac-10 honors and showcased his skills as a standout defensive player. He was selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the first round of the 2003 NFL Draft, marking the beginning of a notable career in the National Football League.
