Marek Langhamer, born on July 22, 1994, in České Budějovice, Czech Republic, is a professional ice hockey goaltender. He began his junior career in the Czech Republic before moving to North America to further his development. Langhamer played in the Western Hockey League (WHL) for the Medicine Hat Tigers, where he garnered attention for his skills and performance, becoming a drafted prospect for the Arizona Coyotes in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft.
After being selected 189th overall by the Coyotes, Langhamer made his way through the team's minor league system, including stints in the American Hockey League (AHL) and the ECHL.
