Margaret Bell is a retired professional basketball athlete known for her exceptional skills as a guard during her career in the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA). Born on March 12, 1985, in Seattle, Washington, she gained national attention while playing college basketball at the University of Connecticut, where she led her team to two NCAA championships. Bell was selected as the 5th overall pick in the 2007 WNBA Draft by the Los Angeles Sparks.
Throughout her career, Bell earned multiple accolades, including three All-Star selections and two All-WNBA team honors. She played a pivotal role in leading the Sparks to a championship victory in 2011, where she contributed crucial points and assists in the playoffs.
