Biography
Mariam Bayatyan is a professional tennis player from Armenia, known for her left-handed playing style and strong baseline game. Born on March 12, 1998, in Yerevan, she began her tennis career at an early age, showing remarkable skill and determination that would propel her through the junior ranks. Bayatyan turned professional in 2016 and quickly made a name for herself on the ITF Women’s Circuit.
Throughout her career, Bayatyan has achieved significant milestones, including multiple ITF singles titles and notable performances in WTA events. She reached her career-high WTA singles ranking of No. 125 in April 2023, marking her as one of the top players in Armenian tennis history.
