Mario Kempe, born on September 19, 1988, in Västervik, Sweden, is a professional ice hockey forward known for his versatility and scoring ability. Kempe began his career in the Swedish Hockey League (SHL), making his professional debut with Västerviks IK in 2005 before subsequently moving to HV71 in 2007.
