Mark Beaufait, born on May 13, 1970, in the United States, is a former professional ice hockey player known for his contributions to the sport during the 1990s. A defenseman, Beaufait played junior hockey with the United States National Team Development Program before advancing to collegiate hockey at the University of Minnesota-Duluth. His impressive performances in college hockey led to his selection in the 1990 NHL Entry Draft by the New Jersey Devils.
