Mark Fayne, born on May 15, 1987, is an American professional ice hockey defenseman known for his solid two-way play and physical presence on the ice. He was drafted in the fifth round, 129th overall, by the New Jersey Devils in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft. Fayne played college hockey for the University of Massachusetts Amherst before making his professional debut in the NHL with the Devils during the 2010-11 season.
