Martin Lepage (born February 26, 1974) is a former professional ice hockey player from Canada, known for his versatility as a forward. Lepage began his career in junior hockey with the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, where he showcased his scoring ability and earned attention from scouts across North America. He was drafted in the 5th round, 129th overall, by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 1992 NHL Entry Draft.
Lepage spent several seasons playing in the American Hockey League (AHL) and International Hockey League (IHL), where he contributed significantly to his teams' offensive output.
