Marty Holah, born on September 10, 1976, in New Zealand, is a former professional rugby union player renowned for his prowess as a flanker. He attended St. Peter's College in Auckland and later represented the New Zealand Under-19 and Under-21 teams. Holah made his professional debut for the Waikato rugby union in 1996, showcasing his skills in domestic competitions before quickly establishing himself in the national setup.
Holah earned selection to the New Zealand national team, the All Blacks, in 2001, contributing to the team until 2006.
