Biography
Marty Reasoner was born on February 26, 1977, in Jasonville, Indiana, United States. He played junior hockey for the Omaha Lancers in the USHL before being selected 14th overall by the New York Islanders in the 1st round of the 1996 NHL Entry Draft. Reasoner made his NHL debut in the 1996-97 season and quickly established himself as a reliable two-way forward.
Throughout his career, Reasoner played for several teams, including the New York Islanders, Edmonton Oilers, Atlanta Thrashers, and the Florida Panthers. He achieved notable milestones such as contributing to the Oilers' playoff run to the Stanley Cup Finals in 2006.
