Mary Kay Harding (born January 1, 1952) is a former professional American football player who played as a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL). She made history as one of the first women to break barriers in a male-dominated sport, competing at a time when women's participation in football was largely limited. Harding's football career began in college, where she played exceptionally and caught the attention of several scouts.
Harding was selected in the inaugural round of the NFL Draft, signing with the New York Giants in 1975.
