Mat Clark is a Canadian ice hockey defenseman born on October 17, 1990, in Westminster, British Columbia. He played junior hockey for the Vancouver Giants in the Western Hockey League (WHL), where he developed a reputation for his solid defensive skills and was selected in the second round, 37th overall, by the Anaheim Ducks in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.
