Matt Cullen, born on November 2, 1976, in Virginia, Minnesota, is a former professional ice hockey player who played as a center in the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected in the second round, 35th overall, by the Anaheim Ducks in the 1996 NHL Entry Draft. Cullen enjoyed a successful junior career with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish before making his NHL debut in the 1997-98 season.
Throughout his career, Cullen played for several NHL teams, including the Anaheim Ducks, New York Rangers, Carolina Hurricanes, Florida Panthers, and Pittsburgh Penguins.
