Biography
Matt Light (born June 23, 1978) is a former professional American football player who played as an offensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL) for the New England Patriots. Drafted in the second round of the 2001 NFL Draft, Light quickly established himself as a key player on the Patriots' offensive line. His exceptional skills and durability contributed to the team’s success during the early 2000s.
Throughout his ten-season career with the Patriots, Light was instrumental in the team's three Super Bowl championships (XXXVI, XXXVIII, and XLIX) and was selected to two Pro Bowl teams in 2006 and 2007.
